Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the A1CarWash website or booking any of our services. By accessing our site or placing a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

• "A1CarWash", "we", "us", "our": Refers to A1CarWash and its operators.
• "Customer", "you", "your": Any individual or entity that uses our website or services.
• "Services": All car wash, detailing, paint correction, and related services offered by A1CarWash.
• "Platform": The A1CarWash website and any associated booking or loyalty applications.

2. Bookings & Appointments

• All bookings must be made via our website, phone, or in-person at a A1CarWash location. Bookings are subject to availability.
• A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. Please ensure your contact details are accurate.
• A1CarWash reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking at its discretion, in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information (make, model, condition) at the time of booking. Inaccurate information may result in additional charges or service refusal.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Free cancellation or rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service value.
• No-shows (failure to present the vehicle at the scheduled time without prior notice) will be charged the full service fee.
• A1CarWash reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances. Affected customers will be notified as soon as possible.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of booking confirmation is the price that applies.
• Payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of service, as indicated during checkout.
• We accept major credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and cash at our locations. Card details are processed securely; we do not store full card numbers.
• Promotional discounts and loyalty rewards cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the offer.

5. Vehicle Care & Liability

• A1CarWash takes great care when handling your vehicle. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical faults, or issues arising from the vehicle's prior condition.
• Customers must disclose any pre-existing damage, aftermarket modifications, or special surface coatings before the service begins. Failure to do so may void any service guarantee.
• A1CarWash is not responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle during servicing. We recommend removing all valuables before dropping off your car.
• In the unlikely event of damage caused by our negligence, our liability is limited to the cost of the service booked. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental losses.

6. Service Guarantee

A1CarWash offers a 30-minute service guarantee on Express Wash & Wax bookings (subject to vehicle size and current demand). If we exceed this time without prior notification, you are entitled to a 10% discount on your next booking.

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a completed service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will assess the concern and, at our discretion, offer a re-service or partial refund.

7. Loyalty Program

• Participation in the A1CarWash Loyalty Program is governed by the separate Loyalty Program Terms, which form part of these Terms by reference.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for currency.
• A1CarWash reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the A1CarWash website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and software — is the property of A1CarWash and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

9. Acceptable Use

When using the A1CarWash Platform you agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its related systems.
• Post or transmit any harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the Platform without our consent.

10. Privacy

Your use of A1CarWash services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your personal information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

12. Changes to These Terms

A1CarWash reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
