Is it free to join the loyalty program?
Yes! Signing up for A1CarWash Loyalty is completely free. Simply create an account, get your QR card, and start earning points from your very first visit.
How do I redeem my points?
Log in to your A1CarWash account or app, go to the Rewards section, and choose what you want to redeem. Points are deducted automatically at checkout on your next visit.
Do my points expire?
Points are valid for 12 months from the date they were earned. Active subscription members never have their points expire as long as the subscription remains active.
Can I upgrade my subscription plan?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and only pay the prorated difference for the remainder of the billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.
Can I use my rewards at all locations?
Absolutely. Your A1CarWash membership and points work at every A1CarWash location nationwide. One account, all locations.
